Spiritual Expansion
It can often seem that humanity is making very little progress in its quest to become a more evolved species. Rather than moving forwards and growing as individuals and societies we often appear to be standing still, or worse moving backwards. Indeed if we were to believe the disproportionate negativity that masquerades as ‘news’ bombarding our senses through every media type imaginable we might be excused for believing that our world – and all that live in it – are doomed! Far from that being the case the opposite is in fact true because expansion is the very nature of the universe we live in and everything that exists is bound by universal law to follow cycles of ever-expanding growth. This means that whether referring to physical evolution, personal growth, improved conditions within our societies or spiritual enlightenment, all things must advance because expansion is inevitable. In a great deal of these (and other) cases this advancement can be painfully slow – so slow that it may appear not to be occurring at all! In other areas of our world transformation is occurring at a much faster rate and is therefore more noticeable. So despite what appears to be evidence to the contrary we are evolving as societies, as individuals and as a race, even if sometimes it is only by inches at a time.
So ask yourself:
- How am I progressing?
- Does my personal growth feel rapid or painfully slow?
- Am I happy with the way my life is unfolding?
- Does it feel like my life is heading in the right direction?
Whatever the answers to the above questions were you can be comforted to know that regardless of the rate of your spiritual or personal progress your destination is assured, it is out of your hands. That destination, which is the process of coming into more of who you really are and the ultimate reconnection with your Source, is part of your cycle of expansion and therefore guaranteed, however the nature of your journey towards is not. As a physical being it is your responsibility to yourself to consciously find ways of making your ride as enjoyable and pain free as possible, after all why suffer more than necessary.
All of us to one degree or another have adopted limiting patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that slow down our rate of expansion and make our journey more bumpy and troublesome that it needs to be. Given enough time (lifetimes in some cases) and sufficient experientially driven motivation, all of us will eventually transcend our limiting patterns but we also have it within our power to accelerate the process and give our expansion as human beings a helping hand.
By taking action to accelerate this natural process of expansion and consciously shift your vibration up to a higher level you simultaneously begin to align yourself with new and exciting life possibilities. Whereas before life may have seemed difficult, unrewarding or a constant struggle, as the new, happier, more peaceful you, naturally you will begin to attract similar high-vibrational energies into your life, making it a joyous feast of new and satisfying experiences. Suddenly as you begin to accelerate your personal expansion the things that you always dreamed of begin to show up in your life; the dream job; the perfect relationship; the finances that your thought had been missing. Absolutely nothing seems unattainable or out of your reach to achieve now because you are living your life in the way you were always meant to – with conscious control over your unique life experience.
