Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £50 is required when you register. Only bookings made with a deposit will be deemed as secure and places will remain open until such time as a deposit has been received.

The full balance is due 2 weeks before the start of the Course.

Deposits for courses are transferable but not refundable. Cancellations made from 14 days before the start of a course result in the loss of the entire deposit.

Transfers from one course to another one month (30 days) or more before the start of a course can be made but the new course dates must be within 6 months. Transfers after that time will be subject to an additional fee of £20. If for any reason we have to cancel the course, all monies paid will be returned in full or transfered. The Enneagram Programme cannot be held responsible for any additional losses incurred by participants as a result of having to cancel a course.

The full name phone number and email/address of every participant is required for attendance.
